Ukraine appeal

We have had a tremendous response to our Ukraine appeal. Instigated by a local chap, Philip Middleton who drove from Alford, Lincolnshire to the Ukrainian borders with a van full of Aid for the people of Ukraine, he then planned his second trip and decided he wanted to personally give some of the children in Ukraine a gift. We were flattered when he asked All Things Sweet sweet shop in Alford to help him make the gift packs.

Within 2 days we sorted 80 gift packs for him as we decided to double the order…

Phillip and his team delivered vans full of aid including the 80 children’s gift packs mid March. All these packs specifically went to a children’s home in Ukraine and we’re sure they brought a little smile at this sad and terrible time.

600 children’s packs in 10 Boxes all packed and ready to go on there long travels with Aaron Spencer; Philip Middleton and the rest of the amazing team over to the Ukrainian Borders.

Without your kind donations and fantastic support these children’s packs would never have been possible.

297 £3.00 donations were made by you wonderful people! A grand total of £891. All Things Sweet, Alford sweet shop, as promised matched the 297 donations and rounded them up to an even 600.

So we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you listed below for your support with our appeal:
